Get to Know Me

Erica became a licensed real estate broker in 2004 and started at Woodland Real Estate at the same time. In 2006, Erica obtained her Managing Brokers license. In 2008 Erica took a position as the Executive Director of the Port of Woodland followed by other professional endeavors and returned to Woodland Real Estate in 2012.
 
Erica specializes in land sales of all scales, timberland and homes on acreage/rural settings across six counties in Southwest Washington (Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania, Lewis, Wahkiakum & Pacific). Erica is a member of the Rural Land Institute, an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and is a recipient of the RLI APEX Producer Award. Erica currently serves on the Cowlitz County Building and Planning and Advisory Board and as a Cowlitz County Planning Commissioner.
 
Erica attributes her joy for her work and business to her colleagues as they are the most brilliant and fun in the business and her clients are of top-shelf quality, bringing a tremendous satisfaction to her work.
 
Erica is a Washington State Native and when not working, Erica supremely enjoys time with family and friends cooking, entertaining, being active including running, biking, hiking x-country skiing, and gardening and ending the day with a great read. Her most relished time is spent at her family’s 5th generation property on the Puget Sound.
