Meet Gwen

With her tremendous experience, kind and bubbly personality, Gwen is an invaluable asset to Woodland Real Estate, serving in her role as Office Administrator since 2018. Gwen began her career in the real estate realm in the title and escrow industry in Grays Harbor, where she also grew up and worked for a family-owned title company and received hands-on training in escrow. She later transferred to the company’s new office-Clark County Title Company in Vancouver, WA in which she has enjoyed the industry ever since.

 

With her background as an Escrow Officer and Licensed Limited Practice Officer (LPO) provided Gwen with a strong foundation in organization, accuracy, and client service, skills she continues to use every day. She loves connecting with people, solving problems, and finding answers — whether through conversation, paperwork, or research.

 

Outside of work, Gwen enjoys reading, playing Scrabble and other games, tackling jigsaw puzzles, and having coffee with friends. Her favorite places are Disneyland and the beach, both of which remind her to balance hard work with joy and relaxation.
